The White Condition


This White American conscious superior, benevolent, controlling our future White heart, white mind, white hands shape us, for better or worse How can we not be flawed? Obama may be president, but Aaliyah, Luis and Anwar remain poor For all the reforms and rights won, we are still not free White Privilege, Manifest Destiny, "white is right" lead to their wealth, health, education, success While we receive gentrification, affirmative action, voting rights they've traded the noose for the media Compromise The work goes on...
