WHITE PEARL

WHITE PEARL  - At the age of nineteen
I knew not what love was
Full of hate
Always running late
My attitude towards the world had changed
For my heart was damaged

Tears running down my face
During this phase
I felt alone , lonely
That no one wanted to be with me
Was it because of how I looked?how I walked?talked?
All these thoughts
Destroyed me
All I wished for was to be loved
To find the one, for I would call him
My white pearl

So I decided to join a social site
Maybe my love would be tagged to me
At least that's what I thought
Enough of crying
Enough of self pity, I said
It was not easy I say
All I could find, were men who wanted to get laid
Just saying
But all this was about to change

It was during the week
Can't remember when
For this happened back then
As I was surfing
On the site
I saw a guy shining bright
His gorgeous black eyes seemed to stare back at me
His black hair
With traces of white hair
The way with which he posed
Reminded of the coast

I could hear the beating of my heart
Something that never happened after the hurt
Butterflies in my gut
A feeling I could not resist
I needed to calm down
Before dawn
For I wanted to say hi
To this guy

Days passed by
Looking at my inbox
No reply from him
But this particular day
I didn't know I was about to have my way
There it was!
The long awaited text
I could not help but smile
For it had been such a while

I am Ali he said
Maybe a keen of the great Muhammed Ali
I could not go a day without texting
For I felt like I had known him all my life
Despite being a stranger
Numbers were exchanged
And a new beginning was about to be made

We became good friends
Maybe even best friends
He made me feel like a kid
That I could feel the moon
For I was in love
How soon?
I did not care
For my heart had chosen
My white pearl he would be

Half an year gone by
A lot has happened
But together we stood by each other
Together we broke the barriers
Like strong warriors
You have changed me
Showed me what love is
The girl that was once crying
You have filled her heart with joy
My days are filled with happiness
Knowing that you are there
Always looking out for me, for us

White pearl I love you so much
Always and Forever
That's how it's going to stay
You and me
And the rest of the world!

!!!!for the love of my life, Al Ali Bin
