Who Am I?

Who am I, you ask

I am a young black girl

Just by looking at my apperance

I am different from others in this world

I have nappy hair

And my skin is caramel brown

You can tell by how I look

That I'm different from others around

I am a young black girl

You can see it in my walk

I am a young black girl

Just by hearing it in my talk

I am very intelligent

Which many people doubt

They see me as puzzle

And got me all figured out

But I surprise them

In many different ways

And shock them to the point

That they dont have anything to say

I am very independent

I dont depend on the "man

I am very sophisticated

That is who I am
