Who Am I

Who am I without being afraid?

Am I

Me

If I am not constantly shaking and worrying

For hours?

I built this persona

On my leg that shakes during class,

My hands that fidget with every pencil in my case,

The way I could never look you in the eye

And say I love

You.

Would

You

even talk to

Me

If you weren’t trying to fix

Me?
