Who Am I

Who am I?

I'm a person

I can see my body

So I'm real

I can see my skin

So I'm black

I can think

WOW

As I think I try and put each thought in to words

I wish I could speeak fast enough

I wish I had enough words

My thoughts race through my head by the thousands

Thinking is such a complex activity

Yet anyone can do it

I can speak these thoughts

I am speaking these thoughts

Yet nobody hears me

I can see all these blank faces looking at me

I am in such large group

Are we all friends

I asked them if we are friends and they nod yes

But friends listen to each other

I am surrounded by all these friends

but I feel like I'm by myself

Oh I see some people like me

Now we can all listen to each other

we all look a like

we think alike and like the same things

I found friends

I know who I am now

I am not alone
