Who Am I?

Who am I?

A question that is like explaining the universe with one motion

Like summarizing the history of the world in a simple sentence

Like describing love using one word, but here is my attempt at an answer:

I am caring of those in my life

But those in my life may not be caring of me

I am an explosion of sparks

But sparks sometimes start dangerous fires

I am a runner

But I will stay and fight for what I believe in

I am afraid

But brave when I need to be

I chase things to the edges of the world

But I also let things slip through my fingers

I sing songs deep into the night

But those songs are only loud enough for me to hear

I am a romantic soul

But bitterness creeps into my heart now and then

I am an optimist

But also a realist in cruel world

I love fearlessly

But I get crippled in doing so

I am wild

But tame

I am loud

But silent

I am tumultuous storm

But I am also a sunset

I am everything

But I can also be nothing

There is nothing that I cannot be

So therefore...I am me.
