Who AM I

I can be described as typical

Brown hair, eyes, and mexican

Intelligent, college bound, honor student

That's only what is seen on the outside

They don't see the dedication of extra practice everyday of softball

Or the nights spent tossing and turning because my brain won't stop

The worst is that they don't see the doubt within my eyes

The feeling of looking in the mirror every morning and hating what you see

Yet still going out with all the confidence of the world

But still my head doesn't stop

The worries and questions that keep me up at night

What if I don't succeed?

What if I'm a faillure?

Most of all, What happens after death?

Death a word that makes my heart raise and head spin

Sure I believe in God but that doesn't always calm me

In the end I guess I can be described as extraordinary but what is the true definition of it?
