Who Am I?

Is there a purpose

Is there a reason

For my being

Do I matter

Am I important

The answer's obvious, how can I ignore it

But sometimes I choose to because of others

And fear which causes my gifts to be smothered

How could I let the opinions of people overshadow

What God knows & spoke

Concerning me & who I was destined to be
