Who am I?
Who am I, I don’t understand
Am I to be eternally damned?
A car killed my brother, my family is a mess
I can barely move, l could not do less
I am quiet and alone, nobody understands
How could they though, I don’t give them the chance
My heart was stolen, my happiness too
Who can I be, after all that I’ve gone through?
My friends think I am fine
They think it’s been enough time
“It’s time to move on, start something new”
Please understand. That’s not what you do.
My heart was stolen, my happiness too
Who can I be, after all that I’ve gone through?
I am a lifeless shell wandering around
Wishing to be with him, deep in the ground
I don’t know who I am; there has been so much change
When I am happy, I feel so much shame
How dare I laugh! My brother is dead
Is there not a brain in my head?
I should know how to act. I should know how to feel.
I just can’t do it, I can’t seem to heal.
My heart was stolen, my happiness too
Who can I be, after all that I’ve gone through?
