Who am I?

I am state of thought that connects

I am not a game like checkers or chess

I am here to heal the hurt

Not to put them lower than dirt

I come when I am needed

Even if people don't believe in me indeed

I am not person but a thing

Or even maybe a state of being

I am that one thing that gives people power

To beat the things that make them sour

I am always with you

When you're happy or blue.

I know it's hard to digest

But I can relieve you from stress

So, your question is who am I?

Because I didn't tell you all this time?

The thing I am is the one thing makes a person stay in their lane

My name is hope and I am the reason you are sane
