Who Am I?

I am an introvert.

Hiding under my covers,

Long after the sun has risen.

Creeping forward slowly,

Pressed against the wall.

I am an introvert as I

run, dance with my own monsters

And sing in the shower.

Struggle through journal entries

For a class I kinda like.

I am an introvert.

I am an extrovert.

Being a class clown

Making fun of my own learning disability.

I am an extrovert as I mock my dyslexia.

I am an extrovert as I mesh in conversation,

Like I was there all along.

I weave my words as daggers,

I have a shield that can't be pierced.

I am a chameleon.
