Who am I?

I am that cop I said I'd be

I am the teacher, the cook, the musician I'd wish to be

I am the child that imagined himself as many things

I am the person I need to be

I am myself

Kind, Polite, Determined

Strong, Brave, well worded

I am the friend who won't leave your side

The brother who will listen to your troubles

The student who is passionate

The son who will make you proud or at least try to make you smile

Eventually the veterinarian you'll see in a while.

I am anything and anyone I want to be

But its up to me what I really want to see

What I make of myself, its up to me

I am me.
