Who am I?
I am complicated, contradicting, and carefree. I am Claire. I am someone who craves the sun on my face and the wind in my hair, but will be glued to the couch for a holiday movie marathon. I am someone who believes that life is meant to be lived to the fullest with no regrets, but is cautious to new environments and allows my past to eat away at me. I am someone who never says no, breaks the rules, and can often be labeled the ring leader, but I hold tremendous value in my religious values and the morals I was raised with. I am someone who adores being able to travel, explore and experience new places and cultures, but has to be at home by 7 on Sunday nights for a home-cooked meal with my family. I am someone who longs to be loved with the intensity of a hurricane, but my constant fears of betrayal and pain encourage me to guard my heart. You see, I am not simply adjectives or actions, but I am Claire. And I am forever changing, growing, and learning to be the best Claire I can be.
