Who am I without a filter?

Location

Who am I without a filter?

What do I look like without all this glitter?

What's left of me when the outside layers flee and flitter?

Who, am I without a filter?

I am a native girl to the Kenyan tropics.

I am a girl who speaks endlessly on various topics.

I ponder life and all its wisdom.

I dream of myself and my earthly kingdom.

Who am I without a filter?

Well, I'm me.

The answers simple

Yet so complex is the being I embody.

I am unique and different;

Not just anybody.

I cry at night and smile through the day.

I jump with joy but I'm depressed when I'm gay.

I walk with swagger

And say the word, too.

I got the moves like Jagger.

Watch out when I come for you.

I'm quick on my toes,

Smooth on my feet.

I dance and jive

To the rhythm and beat.

So, who am I without a filter?

I'm actually kind of a weirdo.

Don't believe everything you hear though.

I'm a fabulous person with a vibrant personality.

You'd be surprised the diamond you'll find

When you finally get to know me.
