Who Are You

You say you want to know

who we really are

what sparks passion in us

why we keep going

But sit back and ask yourself,

Do you even know who you are?

17 years old

and I'm expected to

figure out my life and project it,

For people who don't know themselves

Who is the real uncut version of you?

I`m too loud,

too raw,

too blunt,

too honest

These are the labels placed on me

by people who forget

I`m a result of my society

My generation made me this way

They're the ones to blame

for the girl with no filters
