Who Do We Fall On?

We all carry on throughout the day,

not knowing

what we have to face.

But we all know that there is someone

that we can fall back onto with grace.

That is you friend.

You can rely on your friend.

You can put trust in your friend.

At the end of the day,

the only person there for you is

your friend.

My friend?

I do not think I have a friend.

But that is ridiclulus, orcourse I have a friend.

Can I not be my own friend?

Because I know I cannot live without myself.

I can rely on myself.

I can put trust in myself.

At the end of the day,

the only person there for me is

myself.

Myself?

My beliefs, my values, my morals, my intregity.

I cannot live without these things.

Nor do I have to.
