Who Has the Right

Who in this world has the right to label a man’s worth? And how does one determine who is better or worse? Who is anyone to deem law what they see true? Such a law could mean the end of me or even you? For those who cried “separate but equal,” Were you feeble fools or simply deceitful? Deceiving all including yourself, A trait found in the devil himself. But where else could such a lie begin, That a man’s worth should be determined by his skin? Thank God for one man’s dream and fight. For this is what brought victory to the battle for civil right.
