Who I Am

Who I am can't be defined

with little words or a simple rhyme.

For I am everything, and at the same time nothing.

I am ideas and thoughts,

words spoken and emotions.

I am both love and hate,

content and regret.

Most of my life is in the future,

but the past I won't forget.

The steps that I've taken

and the ones still left to take,

have made me who I am today,

but what that is I cannot say.
