those you once loved
but i don't think you still love me

waiting for hammers and concrete
when i was the skeleton of a skyscraper
waiting for people to inhabit my halls
when i was nothing more than an outline
waiting to be colored in
but i have grown

and i have become
real
i'm whole
i'm not waiting anymore
i am
