She needs it.

Her alcoholic father won't buy it for her and she's too ashamed to ask for help,

But something is wrong.

He didn't fail his test because he was lazy.

He was trying.

He was up all night listening to his parents argue and there was nothing he could do,

He studied so long.

Our system lacks sympathy.

It's not about the people, it's about the process.
