Whose Next?

What place is this

One that I've lived for years

Throughout the world we are being handed kits

That only bring us close to tears.

Now whose next?

The world has seemed to collapse

It no longer seems to rotate

Now that we are facing new facts

People can no longer face straight

Now whose next?

We have been brought into hiding

The people around us have become scared

Of what you may ask

Death, my friend,  is approaching
