Why?

Too often days end

Too quickly does the sun set

Day in, day out

We work mindlessly, but why?

Why do we ignore the gift

we have

Why do we dismiss the blessings

we recieve

Why can't we see these shadows

in our determination

in our dedication

in our drive

Those moments we miss

Are they worth the glory we seek?
