Why


When the war came they shipped us off without consent In a foreign land, And in bombers named for girls, we killed men we'd never met if we came home, they said thank you-- once a year if we didn't-- they called us a “casualty” but said they were low and that we won most, even us, never knew why we went only that we did and didnt understand
