Why?

Because I love you, the majority of our interactions involve me trying to make you smile. Because I love you, your tears awaken a profound compassion and strength in me. Because I love you, I want to water your ambitions and watch them sprout into something beautiful. Because I love you, I trust that you safely store my heart on the same pedestal which I keep yours. Because I love you, I want to share with you my fears, my sadness, and my happiness. Because I love you, I want you to share with me as well. Because I love you, I know that you deserve your space, and I mine. Because I love you, I respect you, even when you don't respect yourself. Because I love you, you are my safe space, my oasis. Because I love you, I am happy.
