Why?


Why do we come to meet people

That are just going to leave?

Why do we get close to most,

Because in the end it's just going to hurt.

Yes, the time with them are memories

That can never be replaced,

But why does it all have to

Come to an end?

Maybe it's for the better,

But what if it's not?

How can we know

If we should let go or hold on?

Although things happen,

And we want to question them

We mustn't ask why;

But leave it all  in God's hands.
