Why

Why do we frown when the mirror reflects upside-down?

Why do we love when we don't want to be hurt?

Why do we cry when somewhere out there laughs,

when we know someday will be alright?

Why do we say "hi," when we really mean "goodbye?"

Why don't we just leave?

To a better world, to a better place.

Where people stop getting on our case.

Where we can smile and feel joy.

Instead here, we think of ourseleves as nothing but disgrace.

Wendy made a wish upon a star that lead her to Neverland.

Lucy could not hide hers, she sought out and discovered her Narnia.

Alice's was right under her feet to a wonderland.

They stand with a story.

And so we too can find our glory.

Time is running out, we are becoming older.

Though we must die, we live for a chance.

So take flight,

and fly!
