Why am I depressed?

You’re the one who knows me best,
So tell me why I’m depressed.
Tell me why I’m put under so much stress
How do I get this out of my head?
Tell me why he chose her instead
Tell me why he never meant anything he said
Just tell me why I have so many regrets
Tell me why I left?
It’s happening all over again.
I loved and I lost you.
I crashed and I burned.
I was the one who let him in.
is it his fault for breaking it or was it my fault believing he could fix it?
