Why Are You Still Here..?

It's been several months since we've last spoken

and I'm not gonna sit here and act like I wasn't hoping

To wake up to a text from you because really

I just wanna check on you

see how you've been..

But I know thats what I shouldn't do

After all that we've been through

I think that it would be best

If I just left you, I really do.

I just pray you learned your worth

before you put yourself in hearse

6ft under the earth.

So as you contiue to elongate your stay

I will continue pray in hopes that maybe one day

You will finally have realized the true value of the beautiful struggle.
