Why did you leave

Dear ex lover

We knew each other because of hih school

We glanced at each other

no more than that

off  you went to college

two years down the road

some how you came gentle into my life

huge shoutouts to snapchat for that

I'll say even thought it was a messy

I appreciate it all with my heart

Humans only grow with experince

I'll leave it at that

Lets start fresh into what was so beautiful

Even magical at first, like fireworks at Disney

the day I saw him, I thought wow

oh my this man

we connected when we talked

it was a vibe from the beginning

even electic when we touched

Suddenly it struck me as lightening

came out of nowhere

nothing but pain went through my body

he no longer spoke a word to me

just left like the wind

was it love

how could I even say love when what we had was fake

fake like plastic

which I did not believe at first

but his brother does not tell lies

out of his lips he said

"boredem occurs once they get you"

I questioned myself

Boredem? but how

we spoke endlessy about everything

music, poetry, politics, the future

future plans

how could youl leave

you seemed so fascinated by the future

or was it all a trick

did my mind play tricks on me

I believed what I wanted to believe

I do re-call feeling lonely

but when you stepped in, I felt like living again but

you left me

how did I become the problem

was I really a bore

I dwelled on these thoughts for six months

the truths was, im not the problem

I thought, my soul is beautiful

as well as my personality, boredem is not even on the rador

I'm no longer lost

I've found myself

I love myself but I thank my ex love

because without you

I would not be where I am

I would not have the love I have right now

I cherish my life and my experiences because it

lead to a better future
