Why Do I Wake Up To Sounds Of ...

I lie here

Lost

Words are ineffective

I have no choices, while I deal with this alone

Happiness isn't flowing...Fake

Turning I smile amoungst you

Scratch that

It's just your reflection

So young and idiotic

We hid our thoughts

We expect the life of ease

Final years are intense

You lie under the stars

Hoping it'd make a difference

I did too, but elsewhere

We both decide enough is enough

We run towards it

We finally reach it

You are apart of me

CuriouslyB

I’m going to be an adult ... doesn’t that mean I get to express myself a little bit more
