Why do I write?

Why the hell do I write?
It saps me of all my might.
Am I trying to be someone I am not?
Trying to fit in with the whole lot?
Make a name for my self?
People will say, “Hey there’s the poetry guy”
“Man he is so fly”
Is it to get rid of my stress?
Get my self out of life’s mess?
To heal a broken heart?
It frustrates me.
Can’t you see?
Oh baby can't you see.
It kills me.
