Why do I write

Why do I write? Where would my soul go, When this physical form it began to over flow? Truth is I do not know, And so I write to control the flow. Why do I write? Why do I feel deeply, That it is as it the words bleed freely? It is as it has always been, From my mind and through the pen. Why do I write? Why to trees frolic in the breeze? Why to scents of flowers some men sneeze? Perhaps it is best just to say, That to write is my natural way.
