why do people judge me

Why do people judge me?

They look and see I decree,

But never open their eyes to

Think of the person that is underneath.
What truly makes me, me?

Could it be my eyes, my hair or even my teeth?
Something so simple yet so far out of reach.
Easy for some, but others you have to teach.

So take chances and find out more.
Once u open book there's no telling what's in store.

Because judging a book by its cover is too ordinary

in a world with grapefruits and strawberries.
