Why does it matter?

Why does it matter?

All the stupid,

little,

Unimportant things.

The size of our waists,

our chests,

our thighs,

our butts.

Why doesn't this matter?

The might of our pen,

the length of our paper,

and the size of our brains.

We are not objects,

we are smart,

and that is beautiful.

I am so tired of this world wearing foggy glasses,

changing the truth of beauty!

Don't try to convince people that you are dumb,

Be you, because you are more beautiful than ballerina thin girl.

I am a seventeen year old girl, who has big dreams. I have come to understand that life is not perfect, but it will always be beautiful! Sometimes things seem like they won't change, but I have realized over time, that life is always in the works of getting better! Tears just show that bad things in life are washing away... <3
