Why does the world choose War?

Why does the world choose war? When all it does is make sick and poor, Families that were together now torn apart I guess the VC soldiers really had no heart Land they'd call home soon blown away H-bombs, Hotchkiss, and the damn F1 Grenade Because of this, an inflation rise and storm clouds gathered in there eyes When you turned on the t.v. to the same old station seeing chanting and cheering of someones hatred Communist and Democracy strike on face vs. face Almost blowing the world, right from outer space Now are son's and Husbands are gone Oh where has this world gone so wrong? Why have we ignored our own mother's cry? Why have we not faced the children with tears in there eyes? Why do we block out whats most important in life? So tell me Mr.President, with all do respect, why do we choose war? Lets bring are soldiers home once and forever more
