Why Don't You

WHY DONT YOU.?

Why don't you...sit down

&start to get comfy.!

Now did you really ask

Where.?

Next to the woman

Whose love is madly vivid

For you

This woman who

Isn't afraid to put it down

Hold it down, if you'd only ask her to

When..

Whenever you needed

To be your shoulder

Your refuge

But NO.!!

You're too much of a man

Right.?

Too much of a man to ask anyone

Srry..specifically a woman

To help you...To hold fast to your love

That love that you're so desperately willing to share

What...

Ever happened to that speech

That you would always give

To your boys

When they won't level with their

Women..

Their Queens.!!

&what about your feelings...

For her

Did they just disappear

Into thin air

That air that you breath..

Really.?!

The who...

The woman so desperately

Trying to be seen in your eyes

This woman who stood

As a shadow to your love

Whom you looked upon

For that great friendship

This woman is me...

Got comfy yet...?

Cause as I stand before you

Right here& now

I question you...

Who.?

What..?

When...where.?

Why.?

Why don't you let me in

So I can be

Exactly what He meant me to

Be to you

To be that woman you yearn for

To be that woman that you know I am

To be your lover&

Your best friend

To be your all.!

Sooo

Why don't you.?
