why education?

You ghetto

You're hood and you arent smart

These are the statements they speak

when they think they know the real me

Jail, yes I have heard

thats where wayne is

Death, yes i have heard

that is where pain lives

Poverty, oh yes i have heard

that is where i live.

why education?

It feeds  my brain and stimuates me to go harder

To prove the naesayers wrong

To show my brother that prison didnt have to be an option

To revives lives that were snatched away by the streets

why education?

The poverty around us consumes us

but not me, i rejected it

The drugs consumed my mother

but she recovered

How?

education.

Why eduction?

My strength, dignitgy, bravery, and preservarnce

derived for what is called education.

So why education again?

It frees the thoughts of enslaved minds and removes limitation from your character

it sets you on a podium of success and lifts your spirit.

No one can take away your knowledge. why?

Because of education.

So my future is bright, and my accomplishments are gaurenteed, why?

Education.
