Why I Don't Believe You

If there was anything

that I learned in life,

it would be that

too much of anything

is always bad.

If you were to click a pen,

over and over,

you would eventually

get tired of the sound

or pressing down on it,

When you file your nails,

the idea

is to make them look

better, prettier.

But if you keep going,

it will hurt you.

You will start bleeding.

Too much of anything

is always bad.

This is why

I don't believe you

when you say

that you are not tired of me.

You may want to help  now

but as time goes by,

I know,

you will stop.
