Why I Want to Teach

I want to make a difference by teaching. The best way to have an open mind is to be well educated. Also, Education can open up many doors. It provides opportunities to understand each other, how we think and feel. The better we know each other, the more progress we can make towards a  world filled with happiness. Mindset is influenced by many things; one thing that influences it the most is our early education. Elementary school is what defines the kids who thirst for knowledge from the ones don?t. It's my goal in life to inspire all children. I don?t believe it is what you teach, but rather, how you teach. As I've noticed with many of my teachers throughout school, they seemed to approach the class as one person, rather than one person as part of the class. They looked at us as if we  thought the same, so they taught us all the same. But, everybody is their own person; teachers need to adapt their methods based on the needs of each individual student. They should reach to great lengths to see their students eyes light up with understanding, even if that means creating more in depth lesson plans, as long as it attracts the attention of all the students. If a child isn't inspired to become better in grade school, how is he/she going to want to become better as an adult? We need motivation, and motivation begins when you are young.
