Why I Write

I admit I do not write very often, I admit I do not write very well. I write from the mind, I try to connect to my soul. I write for those, those I cal my friends. The ones I see dying, the ones I see crying. They're cold, they need my warmth. They need more attention, more watch. I'm terrified every night. I think about them. I worry, I cry, I draw for them...Dark. Lord, if you're there, let them learn how to live. I do not care if i go down, as long as my body still holds them up. I write for my soldiers, I write for my friends. I write for the fears I try to concur.
