Why I Write

Why do I write?

The way the words flow out of no where, coming together to form something perfect

Poetry

Where do they come from?

Books

It's as if there's a part of my brain created just for this beautiful thing

Writing

Why do I write?

I love the way it feels to just get out of the way and set my mind and fingers free

Words

They sit in that secret place in my mind just waiting to escape onto the page

Journals

And when I'm finished I have the unbounding joy of sitting back and reading their masterpiece

Plays

But its mine too, for its my mind and my fingers that create

Magic
