Why I Write

Why do you write? So you can hear me Why do you write? So maybe you'll understand me. Why do you write? to express the feelings from deep within that I cannot form my lips to say. Why do you write? to find an escape from the stress of the day. Why do you write? because it sets me free and creates a peaceful state of mind where I love to be. Why do you write? because it helps you see me as the person I was meant to be I want you to see me I want you to hear me I want you to know how I feel I want you to know that these feelings I feel are real Why do you write? I write because writing is a piece of me
