Why I Write

I write for the lost souls dead and alive

The ones that don't know how to express themselves

When my pen touches the paper I feel as if all worries are out the window

My struggle is over and life can begin my tears are dried out by the blue ink and my thoughts

overpower the white surface while my pain touches the red lines

My mind is overpowerd byt thoughts of happiness to sadness

Hustle now just to relax later they tell me

but yet fail to mention the hills and milestones on the journey

I write for superstar that lives the lifestyle we all dream of but yet he is unheard

judged by his flashy clothes he is shut up from what matters the most to him

I write for the child that is voicing his opinion but yet is still overlooked

Your pain is my pain I write for the average child that is busting their butt to live the life of a champion

I write for I have lived these lives,
