Why I Write

I write to speak the words that my mouth won't let me say I write to reveal the goddess hiding in my soul today I write to release the hurt caused to me by those around I write so I don't cry my tears never hit the ground I write to entertain I love to see others smile I write so I can inspire entering you mind for a while I write to vent my anger this way no one's hurt but me I write to think on paper realizing roads I did not see I write because I love it I have to do this everyday I write because it's my life I couldn't live it another way
