Why I Write
I write for many reasons,
But the best reason of all,
Is that writing gives me pleasure,
Which is a reason not small.
Escape to a place to reach all your desires,
Do it so you can quench the fire.
That burns within you,
To write something new.
Writing is something of peace,
A drop of water on a day without rain.
A reflection of thoughts and feelings,
Truely a fascinating game.
Writing is the beauty that fills the world,
A power that is to be unmatached.
The main part of a complete soul,
A place in all our hearts.
The craft of words is one with no mortgage,
A deed that is forever in existance.
Triumph brought with the sweetness of words,
A flower which is anticipated to bloom.
The rising of the sun after a rough night,
A radiant rainbow after the worst of storms.
Writing, indeed, is what binds us all,
Long, tall, short, or small.
It forever binds us all.
