Why I Write

Express, Share, Learn

What is but a poem,

But a list of words

Written by someone whom you'll probally never know'em

The meanings they express and the way they convey

People can learn day by day,

The usefulness and knowledge they bring,

Makes my ears laugh and let church bells ring.

In our modern and fast paced world,

We no longer treasure literature

Which we once hid in scrolls and unfurled

One Day we will bring it back,

Make it hip like we know where its at

But until then we will wait,

And let society decide its fate.
