Why I Write

This is why I write

The dreadul unit of poetry in school

We learned that Shakespeare's english was annyoingly uncool

Now we have the chance to write on our own

Say what we are thinking without feeling alone

Voicing through poetry our thoughts, emotions and things we like

Writing about things I enjoyed when I was a young tike

It can make a person's day even more bright

This is why I write
