Why I Write

I write to speak my mind.

I write to keep my thoughts inside.

I write to express.

I write to impress.

I write to remember.

I write to forget.

I write because I have to.

I write because I want to.

I write because my thoughts keep me awake at night.

I write because my dreams often give me a fright.

I write because I can.

I write because of my mind's plan.

I write for myself.

I write for my mind.

I write for the Father, "if that will be Thine."

I write about my imagination.

I write about my determination.

All the things that I bring into the light.

These are the reasons why I write.
