Why I Write

For the anger,

For the pain,

Whether I lose

Or I gain

Not for glory

Not for fame

Just for myself

I'll stay the same

To remember

To forget

All the things

I still regret

The only thing

I wish to receive

After I go

Is that you remember me.

For my work

And all the tears

That I gave

To get me here.
