Why I Write

Why do  I write poetry you may ask?

'Cuz it is the one way i can just be me

It is one simple task

to allow me to be free

free from what?

 free from emotions ofcourse

they keep me from becoming a nut 

or even worse 

Worse as in becoming something Im not

like a partier attenion seeker or becoming THAT girl

the girl that tries to be cool and dates guys that say shes hot

instead of beautiful and perfect and is his world

poetry allows me to express and keep me strong

keeps me from going places that i truly dont belong
